The real property auction is hosted by Marketing y Publicidad Propertyshelf Propshelf SA, an Ecuadorian registered company and its affiliates (from now on will be referred to as we, us or MLS-Ecuador) which offers its services through a virtual platform and has no active intervention on the transaction conducted through our website, MLS-Ecuador Auctions, accessible at https://auctions.mls-ecuador.com (from hereon forth described as the website or MLS-Ecuador) with no faculties to decide the final results of the auction. The object of this auction described as a colonial boutique hotel located in Cuenca, Ecuador referred to as the property and whose owner will be known as the seller.
